Hey everyone,
I am facing a weird issue, I created a template but I captured it in update set when I finished the template. I was not capturing it from the moment i started making it. Screenshot of the template :
Now when I move the update set to the other instance the template table name gets messed up
it shows up as : label [u_kb_template_application_handbook]. It removes the template name before square brackets and just put label instead of it. I don't know why this is happening.
I thought it is because i didn't capture the creating of article template since the first step in update set.
So I thought okay let's create from scratch again but now servicenow is not allowing me to use same name. Even if I delete the old template i get the same error : "An article template with the same name already exists. Enter a different name."
Please tell me how can i fix this either explain me how can I create a new template with same name or how to fix the old one during importing it in other instance

Hi,
From my test of creating a new Article Template, the table was created. Seem updates related to that were not in your update set. And I can't seem to delete the one I created. But I can edit it.
