I am trying to create a flow that changes the state of a RITM when the state of a story, that belongs to the RITM is changed. However, I am unable to find the sc_req_item table in the Data pill to define the action of my if-flow. I have defined the rm_story table in the Trigger area.
I have tried searching for the sc_req_item table in the Data pill, but it does not appear. I have also tried adding the sc_req_item table to the Modules section of the Flow Designer, but this does not resolve the issue.
I am using ServiceNow version Orlando.
Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Hi @snawaza243 ,
RITM table will not be availbe in the trigger selection since its normally triggered through catalog item however you should be able to update in your next steps in the flow , can try creating a action try using script to find and update RITM,
Thank you,

@snawaza243 Please check if you have 'Flow Designer support for the Service Catalog plugin'(com.glideapp.servicecatalog.flow_designer) installed on your instance.
Here is a support article mentioning the same topic https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0749602
