Start your journey through the system administrator career path, complete the ondemand curriculum.
One of the new update is the guided handon labs, it's currently live for administration, complete it for handson experience.
This will be more than enough to clear CSA ,but a 3-6 months of hands on is suggested for understanding it better.

Start your preparation with - Certified System Administrator (CSA) Learning Path - ServiceNow University.
Complete all the labs as mandatory, also practice them in the PDI.
Study the eBook at least 2-3 times and prepare important points for revision.
Practice mock tests in the MeasureUP, it's official ServiceNow - NEW: Official Practice Tests Now Available for CIS... - ServiceNow Community.
Go through the CSA Blueprint - Credentials - Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mainline Exam Blueprint - Knowledge Portal.
Once you feel confident, schedule your exam.
