Hi Community,
We are facing an issue with custom ui actions that were created for sn_grc_task table. All of them are suddenly not appearing in the workspace ( They were present before). Confirmed that the configure for workspace checkbox and form action checkboxe are checked. The buttons are listed in the sys_ux_form_action table as well. Any idea why this might be happening suddenly since everything was working correctly before.
