Unable to publish Catalog Item. Stuck at "in review" state

I am doing System Admin course and stuck at publishing the Catalog Item (error attached in screenshot). I followed all the steps of the Catalog Builder and submitted the catalog item but it didn't become active and is in "In Review" state. Please help with the steps on how to publish a catalog item.

Hi there, 

I´m experiencing the same issue. I´ve checked what you said and I already have the value set to 4000.

But still, same issue persisting, the catalog item is stuck "in review". I deleted the item and recreated it, same.

Any help?
