Unlink ServiceNow account

Hello,

I no longer work at my former employer ICF, that I have an linked account with. I would like to make sure that my current account with the email address aonejones1@hotmail.com.

Has all of my certifications in it, along with the achievements. Plus I need to be able to access my certifications profile.

My thoughts, log a Now Learning case with your Hotmail id and in that mentioned your old email and new email and team will move your certs . It will take 5-7 days.
