I just noticed that I forgot to set a stage completed in one of my flows used by a catalog item. This caused the flows to stay in an executing status and the RITM to stay Fulfilment/Work in Progress. I found in the community a script manually update the stage and that seems to have worked however the state is not changing and in the RITM overview the Stage shows as cancelled. I am just wondering why the state isn't updating and is there a way to ensure both the stage and state are correctly aligned (Completed/Closed Complete). I have manually canceled the flows prior to manually attempting to update the information. In the future could I essentially correct the Flow in Flow Designer and restart the active flow and have it use the new version?

please share that script.
I believe the stages you see comes from Flow stages and hence it might not be working actually
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

I am aware of why it is broken but is there a way to manually correct the data? I was reading about Data Manager but not sure if that can be used for this sort of thing.
