While my organization is not implementing them, I can see how AI Agents can be used to help automate simple tasks like user creation, password resets, etc. I recently created an incident in Now Learning. An AI Agent responded to my incident within a minute or two. I still see a role for human agents because there are some tasks you might not want to automate. What are your thoughts about this?
