User wants to be able to see other users tickets in the ECP

I have a user that is wanting to see all of the tickets that are submitted by another user. I gave him the delegate role, so he is getting the emails and alerts for the other users tickets. But he is wanting to be able to log into the ServiceNow portal and see the list of tickets. What we are wanting is for an end user to be able to sign into the ECP and see his and another users tickets. These two work together a lot with on boarding new people and getting new computers setup, so when one puts in a ticket the other would like to be able to see the status on the ticket and add comments if needed. Is there any way to do this? Thank you in advance!

Add the user to the watch list or the collaborators list. Or you could assign those tickets to a group that both users are in.
