Visual Task Board Labels

I am a fresh SysAdmin currently preparing for the CSA. My organisation is looking to use Visual Task Boards for a project and in preparation I have played around with a Freeform VTB in my PDI. However, I am confused because I cannot change any of the labels. I can add new labels, but I cannot edit the colour of the labels or the names. 

I checked the documentation and made sure that I have the roles global_tags_creator and tags_admin but that does not change anything. What am I missing here?

What version of ServiceNow are you using? Also, are you testing as a user with only certain roles or testing as a user with the 'admin' role? It is important to help answer the question to know which roles you are testing with. 

In both the Washington DC and Vancouver releases, I am able to hover over the color icons and get an edit ability after clicking the label button.

I am running on the Vancouver release, and I am logged in as System Administrator with the admin role. Nothing happens when I hover over the colour of a label, and I can click on the names of the labels, but not edit them. As I mentioned, I can add new labels, but they automatically get a grey colour and I cannot do any further editing.

Thanks for your help, your screenshot showed me that I was trying to change the labels in the wrong place, it works fine now.
