What is an admin account in serviceNow

I am trying to install an application for virtual agent but i get a popup saying "needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it."

But i am the admin, i have admin role. I don't know what do they mean by admin, here is the screenshot

Is this you are trying on PDI or client instance? Please check are you in right scope ?

I am on client instance, I don't use citrix to use client instance.

In mean time, i tried install Virtual Agent on my PDI and did not face any issue. I guess you need to raise HI support to help on that.

Also, please ask any other admin to try to install.
