I have upgraded the non-production instance from Sandeigo version to Tokyo. The upgrade was successful. In the ServiceNow instance there are some customizations done to the OOB business rules, so those records are populated under skipped records. What is the best way to review those records, should I take action as merge or just leave it as it is? Will merge override the existing customized code?

Hello @kiran115,
Please go through this ServiceNow documentation before taking any actions on the skipped records.
In a nut shell you can choose to keep the customisation by choosing 'Reviewed and Retained' (only after carefully analysing the differences).
You may choose to merge your existing customisation with latest updates from ServiceNow by carefully analysing them and ultimately choosing the state 'Reviewed and Merged'.
If the customisation is no longer needed then you can simply choose to discard the customisation by returning to base version and state 'Reviewed and Reverted'.
Hope this helps.
