What roles would I need to view the upgrade center without using the admin account

Good morning,

I am new to administration of ServiceNow and I need to assign the correct roles to my support group and move away from using the admin account.  We are on Utah release.

 

Also, do you have other roles that I need to add to my support group?

Hi Todd,

 

I don't think a user without the 'admin' role can see any Upgrade details, A documentation search did not show any that didn't require the 'admin' role.  I suggest you 'divvy up' responsibility and provide specific area admin roles to your team. See the list of those in the sys_user_role table where name contains 'admin.

There are few modules which required Admin access specific and and without which you cant access that module like Upgrades. In your use case, admin access is only way , but carefully provide this role to users or you can create custom role , which is not recommended.
