I've created one report and shared with the team members with the editing rights. If they do any changes to report where can I find those activities done by the users.

Here's a general outline of steps you can take to find activities done by users on a report:

  1. Access Audit History: In ServiceNow, each record, including reports, has an audit history that tracks changes made to that record. You can access this audit history to view the changes made by users.

  2. Open the Report Record: Navigate to the report for which you want to track changes. Open the record for that report.

  3. View Audit History: Once you're on the report record, you'll usually find an "Audit History" tab or a similar option. This tab will display a list of changes made to the record, including who made the changes, what changes were made, and when they were made.
