A great place to start with CSA certification is the official ServiceNow Learning Pathway. It includes both the training modules and the hands-on lab exercises you need to prepare.

You can access it here:
CSA Learning Path on the ServiceNow Training Portal:
https://learn.servicenow.com/ → Search for “Certified System Administrator”

Once you’re on the Learning Portal, look for:

• The CSA learning path

• The associated hands-on labs

• Practice exercises in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI)

If you don’t see the pathway in your learner home page, you can also try this direct link (if you have a ServiceNow account):
https://learn.servicenow.com/learning-plan/view/cc_admin
