We are trying to figure out how many ITIL licenses we are entitled to, but we don't see anything related to ITSM on the subscription management.
Is it supposed to show here or somewhere else? I'm currently learning about managing licenses.

Good clarification around ITIL vs ITSM entitlements — the distinction between technical access and contractual compliance is easy to overlook. License visibility and role mapping really come down to understanding intended use, much like using CapCut templates : the tools may be available, but how and where you apply them matters just as much as access itself.

The only real answer can be given by your ServiceNow Sales rep. Nobody else knows.
From the overview in your screenshot you should first click 'view all'. Then you will see everything you are entitled to.
If you don't have any ITSM entithlements: the ITIL role is probably also part of the CSM license (a customer service agent also has the ITIL role), but those are more expensive. So granting the ITIL role will just count towards the CSM licenses. That's the same as on an ITSM license allowing someone to only write on change requests: they aren't allowed to do anything with incidents/problems/requests, but they still use an ITIL license.
But again, nobody on the community can answer your questions, because ServiceNow has as many license structures as they have customers.
