Workflow studio shows loading after created a new subflow

Hi community,

 

We have upgraded our instance to Washington but then when I tried to create a new subflow, after filling the form, it got stuck at loading, can't go to flow editor.

 

And when I tried the Flow Designer link, it goes to error page.

Anyone knows what is wrong and where I should try troubleshoot?

Try to repair the plugin of Flow Designer once.

Is this happening over and over again? 

There are some issues with upgrading and not getting the latest Workflow Studio: https://www.servicenow.com/community/workflow-automation-articles/upgrading-to-washington-dc-manual-...

See if you can fix it on your own and otherwise do as Mark Roethof did: create a NowSupport case and let ServiceNow fix it.
