The Service Bridge documentation released for Zurich has undergone significant enhancements to improve user experience and understanding.

What's Changed?

The explore section of the Service Bridge documentation has received a complete overhaul, making it more intuitive and navigation-friendly.

The key updates include:

A reorganised table of contents and topics within the Explore section, making it easier to navigate and find information.
A new Explore page acts as a central hub giving you a clear starting point on the product’s primary functions, including an infographic that offers a deeper understanding of how Service Bridge connects multiple ServiceNow instances.
