Issue we're trying to address is the relationship between the Provider tickets. We're wanting to understand best practices around associating the Provider SCTask to the RITM and the RITM to the Request so that when the Provider closes out the SCTask, it will close out the RITM which will then close out the Request. When the tickets on the Provider instance sync over from the Consumer instance, there is no parent<-->child relationship between the REQ>RITM>STask on the Provider side like there is on the Consumer side. I'm assuming there needs to be a set of business rules that tie them all together on the Provider side.
Or perhaps ServiceNow recommends that we should NOT be syncing the REQ or RITM via Service Bridge. Maybe the recommendation is to ONLY sync the back-end usit of work...only sync the SCTask???
