State mapping in Servicebridge

Hi,

We had state field mapping between provider(case table) and Consumer (incident table). Where case is in  awaiting Info , We are changing incident state to "On hold". 
We are in situation where Case is Resolved in provider Instance from state "Awaiting Info". However, in consumer Instance there are Business rules which are preventing to resolve the incident from state "on hold". 

How can we handle in this situation? Any suggestions?

Hi Vinay, if you load the demo data with the August or later it has a mapping for Incident and Case with the required fields. You will need to map out resolution notes and code and will need some transformations to account for any business process on each side.
