TSM is a industry product that includes ITSM, CSM and adds telco industry flavour to it. I am trying to understand what additional capabilities TSM offers over ITSM & CSM. After going through various documentation, my understanding stands as below (additional capabilities TSM offers on top of ITSM & CSM).
- Telecommunications and Media Services Mgmt Data Model and Applications
Account Lifecycle Events
- Service Bridge
Proactive Service Experience Workflows
- Now Assist For TMT
I want to have further clarification on below :
- What does Telecommunications and Media Services Mgmt Data Model and Applications include. Could you please elaborate this further ? What are changes in Data Model and what applications are included.
- What additional functionality is offered by Now Assist For TMT which is not included in Now Assist For CSM & ITSM.
- Are there any additional capabilities included in TSM over ITSM & CSM apart from what has been mentioned above.
