Debugging OM

I understood that we have debugging/log options for flows but is there any way that we can debug the OM as well. I need this, so that we can debug the whole flow what values are getting passed from the order to the flows/subflows etc.

Currently, I have configured a product in the catalog and against the RFS I need to run the subflow which I have configured in the Decision table. But the subflow is not getting called and I need to know why the subflow is not called.

Can anyone please suggest where to check all these things so that we can easily debug an order?
