Replace Pinnacle with SN

Hello!

We are a longtime Pinnacle customer. I know that Utah State University built a replacement for Pinnacle in their ServiceNow instance.  My questions are.... 

1) Has anyone else replaced Pinnacle with functionality in ServiceNow? 
2) Is this a custom solution, or were you able to leverage the new Telecom solution?

I work for Proven Optics and we have a ServiceNow Store application built for facilitating Telecom Billing and recovering other IT Costs. We have worked at various public entities and universities in replacing Pinnacle. If you're not familiar with the ServiceNow Store applications, they are similar to any other module that you would purchase from ServiceNow. The application is entitled and installed directly on your instance and is able to seamlessly integrate with other ServiceNow modules and other datasets. It is not a custom solution and is easy to use as is or with very minor configurations.
