I have added 2 task in the Template -> workorder template   and proper entry is there in decision table for work order generation, but still OM is generating only one task mapped with workorder . How i can create 2 task mapped with workorder ? Surprisingly the single task that is getting generate only contain the task template "Request Information part" . It is at all using anything I have added as Task 1 and Task 2 in Task Template

Hi @anishkuti ,

OM only generates the Work Order based on the decision table mapping and WO Template definition. The WO tasks defined within the WO are outside of OM's responsibility - this comes under the purview of FSM.

For the Work Order Tasks to be generated the WO needs to be qualified.

Having checked your instance, I see all Work Orders in Draft state. Once you click on Ready for Dispatch, the WO tasks shall appear. (this can be automated as well)

Please check WO00100196 in your instance which is now in Ready for Dispatch state.
