I would urge caution here as Practices within ITIL 4 for are a larger construct that include processes and are not a direct replacement. Practices take into account all of the dimensions of Service Management:

  • Organizations and People
  • Information and Technology
  • Partners and Suppliers
  • Value streams and Processes

My caution from here is that these other dimensions are likely to be attributes of the CIs rather than being represented as CIs themselves.
