I have recently joined the community and all these webinar videos are very helpful and provide good suggestions. My organization is not at this stage of maturation where we can use the solution, we just started to use PA. I am working on the Incident Management Performance dashboards for IT Managers now. I have activated the OOB IM dashboards and they are great.
