Hi @Victor Chen , great article! i'm following the 'Embed the Virtual Agent web client in an external web page (legacy method)' to embed virtual agent as an iframe, i configured the system properties as needed and embedded it in my webpage, however the virtual agent only works when i am logged into ServiceNow, is there a way virtual agent in a webpage can work without a user having to log into servicenow? your help will be very much appreciated.
