We recently integrated NowAssist in VA with Teams. The setup was followed as per the documentation. NowAssist VA is already enabled in the ESC portal and is working as expected. However, in Teams, the VA is not displaying NowAssist results. Its seem to be VA (NLU based). Is there any additional setup to be done to enable NowAssist for VA within Teams?

We have already looked at the above article and the same is reflecting in our instance.
