@Victor Chen - Yes it was successful. The channel needs to be enabled in display experience. Its better the documentation if the documentation is updated with the same step.

However, customer is having single tenant for Teams, we are back to square one. We tried to setup the Teams bot using the below article, however it did not work and the bot didn't respond.

I did check the various links posted by community on this issue and it didn't help. Post the hi ticket, ServiceNow tech has confirmed that the mentioned solution wouldn't work and the documentation is misleading a bit.

The response is as below:  This document is for integrating multiple ServiceNow instances with a single Microsoft Teams tenant by creating multiple bots on the Microsoft Teams tenant. Microsoft Dev portal does not allow single tenant. The Tenancy in Microsoft teams is automatically set as Multi-tenant.

Now, product development team has asked us to go for Azure bot creation as per the below documentation.

I have been having multiple calls to confirm if this solution has worked for any customer as our customer has now lost confidence.

Any idea about this.
