Any Free Certifications or Free Certification Vouchers Available?

Hi everyone,

I hope you're doing well.

I wanted to ask if there are any free ServiceNow certifications, free certification vouchers, exam discounts, or referral programs currently available for community members or partners.

I'm especially interested in certifications such as:

CIS (any module)

  • CAD
  • CTA-related learning
  • AI/Now Assist certifications
  • Micro-Certifications

If anyone knows about upcoming promotions, webinars, partner events, or other ways to earn free exam vouchers, I'd really appreciate it if you could share.

Thank you in advance!

Except that There no voucher concept anymore.

Note: Check with your organization/project  (if they are Servicenow's partner company) leadership whether they have any discount coupon(voucher in that sense)  for their employee. Talk to your organization.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with  Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where For CIS , you have to pay  $450 USD +tax .Refer:Cost of Mainline certification exams

Note : if you take Retake exam - then fee is $ 225USD  . Refer: 2026 exam vouchers, courses, exams & retakes

You need to register the exam via Pearson Vue from ServiceNow University. If you are not working with a partner company, you will need to pay for CIS  $450 plus taxes,

Hello @ramcharan_k ,

Talking about cad exam as per my knowledge you need to pay exam fees plus tax , currently there is no any voucher facility available.

Most of micro-certifications are free . You can simply register for them through Servicenow university . Talking about ai related learning there are multiple ai related courses are available on Servicenow university and you can also do micro-certification like agentic ai , virtual agent  .
