Hi all,
I am an Automation Developer with approx. seven years of experience in tools such as Power Automate, UiPath and related technologies. I am currently looking to expand my knowledge. ServiceNow has recently caught my attention, and I have gone through the university courses to understand where to begin.
My question is: What is the difference between the Implementer Journey and the Application Developer Journey, and which one would you recommend considering my background?
Thanks

Hi @VitalieC,
on one hand, I have never heard anyone saying "i'm a senior implementer" 😄 but on the other, in my understanding implementer and developer are pretty much the same, implementer perhaps would be less technical, less coding, less customisations, more out-of-the-box but both would be doing similar things - delivering new features.
And ServiceNow defines the difference as following:
There are not only journeys but also credentials, see below:

- Pick a ServiceNow Career Path that matches your interests.
- We’ll help you start at the right level based on your skills.
- A ServiceNow Credential gives you industry recognition.
- It proves your investment and boosts your professional value.
You can combine the courses as per the links above. Not sure if that answers your question
