Are micro-certifications free of cost? Any prerequisites? Any cost for prerequisites? Delta exams?

HI Community

I got a list of questions related to certifications.

1. Are micro-certifications free of cost?

2. Is there any prerequisite(s) for any micro-certification? Is there any cost involved for the same?

3. If prerequisites are not free, is there any way to bypass them to appear in the micro-certification exam directly?

4. I just got my CSA certificate on San-Diego. Do I need to write the delta exam for Tokyo as soon as it is available?

Hi,

Find the below response for your questions-

1) Yes. micro-certifications are free of cost (some of them need to pay - path).

2) Need to have basic idea about related topic. Need to complete the course and path and give the micro-certification exam. Some of them need to pay.

3) I guess it's free. but for some of them have to complete a path.

4) Tokyo exams will be start from 3rd November 2022. After that you have to give the delta exam for Tokyo release. The last date will be communicated soon by ServiceNow side.

Hi @SGanguly ,

1. Most of micro certifications are free until and unless if it has some prerequisites.

2. Some of them involves cost too.

3. Then no use to define  perquisites. You can't take without completing perquisites.

4. Congrats for completion of CSA. Yes, you need to take delta for Tokyo(it starts Nov 3 and closes on Feb 17).
