📣As a Servicenow User, please note, all ServiceNow exams will be shifting from Webassessor to Pearson VUE starting November 18, 2025.
This is a significant shift in ServiceNow exam policy as it will enhance global accessibility, expand the number of test centers, and enhance online supervision.
If your target date for the exam is before transition, claim a Webassessor exam voucher and book your exam before October 31, 2025. There’s a break in the schedule from November 1-17 for migration purposes.
Everything exam-related is expected to be transferred to Pearson VUE from Webassessor. All of these ServiceNow changes will enhance the ServiceNow exam experience.
Check the Transitioning from Webassessor to Pearson VUE FAQ for more updates.

Hello @ALindstrom ,
To this point in time, there is no information provided to suggest the exam format will shift (e.g. lab-based questions.) The changes are primarily focused on:
- Better global access (more test centers)
- Better proctoring
- Better exam delivery
If this post is helpful, feel free to give it a thumbs up 👍!

I hope they update that FAQ with a bit more information about how and in what way Pearson VUE will enhance the exam experience. Will there be any other way to answer the questions or will the test be basically the same with some layout updates? Will it be more like a lab excercise rather than questions.

Hello,
according to info I found:
What is the vendor migration period and what does it mean? | The vendor migration period runs from November 3 to November 17, 2025. During this time:
After November 17, all exam registrations and scheduling will take place on the new platform. Your certification records and exam history will transfer automatically, so no action is required on your part. |
I scheduled my exam on 12th November.
Does it mean it will be cancelled and I will need to reschedule it to new time after 17th Nov ? If so how long time window will I have for attempt ?
Regards,
Lukas

Hi @Lukasz Jozwik ,
You said you already scheduled your exam for 12 November 2025, and presumably you did so before November 2.
Therefore, your exam is still valid — it will not be cancelled automatically. You can sit for it as planned on 12 November, as long as it was successfully booked before November 2.
Please refer the below snapshot from Transitioning from Webassessor to Pearson VUE FAQ
Please Mark Correct ✔️ if this solves your query and also mark Helpful 👍 if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
