📣As a Servicenow User, please note, all ServiceNow exams will be shifting from Webassessor to Pearson VUE starting November 18, 2025.
This is a significant shift in ServiceNow exam policy as it will enhance global accessibility, expand the number of test centers, and enhance online supervision.
If your target date for the exam is before transition, claim a Webassessor exam voucher and book your exam before October 31, 2025. There’s a break in the schedule from November 1-17 for migration purposes.
Everything exam-related is expected to be transferred to Pearson VUE from Webassessor. All of these ServiceNow changes will enhance the ServiceNow exam experience.

To this point in time, there is no information provided to suggest the exam format will shift (e.g. lab-based questions.) The changes are primarily focused on:
- Better global access (more test centers)
- Better proctoring
- Better exam delivery

Okay @Keith K , got it. So you must work for a SN Partner organization, because that's the only way to get an exam voucher that was paid for by learning credits.
You're absolutely right. In this case, you (or really, your company) has already paid for the exam, and ServiceNow said prior to the switch-over that people in your situation would not be charged again.
I think the most pragmatic solution would be to speak to the person at your company who administers the ServiceNow learning credits. They should know what to do and how to sort the issue, which will possibly affect multiple people at your company.
If you absolutely can't get things sorted through that person. Open a support request via the SN University website. Although I highly suspect that will be a much slower way of resolving this.

Please make sure it will be visible to our servicenow university as I cannot see the "my exam" option in there. Since it is mentioned that nov 18 will be the effective date for pearsonvue transition, I am just hoping I can schedule on the said date nov 18 as I want to take the exam immediately while all my studies are still fresh on my mind.

A warning: many people will be like you: wanting to take their exams ASAP once the new system is live.
So please don't be too disappointed if you find you have to wait longer than you want to.

Hello my problem is I cannot see the webassessor email in the link under my university account or more option. And my exam from webassessor did not sync with servicenow. I already raised a ticket but no one is assisting. Please help Thanks .

Hi @JianCarloC
You see the reason things have changed is that ServiceNow used to contract Webassessor to oversee the exam process. Now ServiceNow has kicked Webassessor to the curb and replaced them with Pearson VUE, a different company.
So now, for all of us with anything to do with ServiceNow exams, Webassessor is dead to us (metaphorically).
Now, you book the exams directly through the ServiceNow University.
Best thing to do is forget you ever heard the name Webassessor, and life will progress much more smoothly.
