Hi Everyone,
I am very new to ServiceNow and this will be my first paid certifications to undertake. I want to hear all your valuable experiences on your CSA/CAD certification journey and hopefully make a sense of it. Any lesson that starters (like me) at ServiceNow could gain much needed help. Hoping to talk to you all gain some friends from this community. :3

Here is few tips:

CSA is the first and basic exam in journey. Tips

- Please go through training line by lien and word by word at least 2-3 times.

- Do all labs 3-4 times, not only do lab, read the instructions how to do lab.

- Follow the ebook, at least 2-3 times.

- You can check some Udmey course ( as heard from others it is good to practice)
