Assessment Simulator Task 2: Favorite A Filtered List

Hi, everyone, I need help with my lab instance because I'm stuck on step 4 of my Micro-Certification 

Assessment Simulator Task 2: Favorite A Filtered. It asks me to use List Editor to assign all incidents to Platform User but It seems I'm not doing it right as I keep failing this part. Does anybody know how to do this part? 

These are the task Instructions 

1. Impersonate Platform User.

2. Personalize the list of Open (Service Desk>Incidents, not Self-Service) Incidents to show Priority as the 2nd column in the list. 

3. Build a Filter and run the list of Open incidents to show incidents for which the assigned to field is empty and the Assignment Group is Service Desk.

4. Use the List Editor to assign all incidents in the list to Platform User (7 incidents). 

5. Filter a new list of Open incidents for which the assigned to field is Platform User and the Assignment Group is Service Desk (10 incidents). 

6. Make the list a favorite and name it My Incidents. Select a color and icon of your choice.

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG, I've done what you have shown before and instructed of the task instruction but when I assign all incidents to Platform user, I go from having 7 incidents as stated to only having 3 incidents at step 5 when it should be 10 incidents at that point. Is there anything else I could be missing?

NO , nothing is missing and believe me it is not your issue. now a days labs are giving lot of issue . For time , please proceed to next step.
