Unable to access ServiceNow University home page

Hi Everyone,

 

When I log in to my ServiceNow university account, it shows a blank page. While I can access any other courses I have bookmarked, the home page of the University shows a clock icon. Is anyone else experiencing the same error?

I tried it on my end and didn’t encounter any issues. It looks like it might be a cache or browser-related problem.
Please try accessing it in a different browser or on a mobile device to see if the issue persists.

I can say, it’s often linked to a rendering or caching issue on the portal side (or the unified navigation shell) rather than a user setting, and clearing browser cache, trying incognito mode or a different browser are good first steps to restore the homepage.....
