I’m looking into the SYS ADMIN focus. Upon reviewing how to start, I found one way that leads to a Badge and another that states it’s for the certification. I’m guessing having a certfication is the route but what’s the difference?
Assoc Sys Admin Badge > https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/journey-overview?id=journey_overview&journey_id=55f79b4...
This seems to come from “Career Journey”.
The certification focus is different. I can’t bring it up as the pages seem to be freezing today. but here is the page I found that seems to be where I should get started.

My OBJECTIVE: to become a FUNCTIONAL Implementation Consultant w/ a focus on HRSD (but have been adv I must become CSA first). (I do NOT code at all but have good general IT knowledge).
I appreciate any help or guidance on what comes first and where to go from here (that was an open invitation huh).

I have completed the New to ServiceNow and received my "badge". So your suggestion for next steps is the CSA or is there another path (link?) to this path? I found the cert focus and one that is called the path to CSA that includes an option for an Associate Sys Admin.
So your suggestion is to complete this path before attempting to gain the HRSD module cert?

Hi @mewiley ,
For CSA certification , you have to complete 'ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand' course from now learning platform. After completion of course ,you will receive the voucher.
You have to pay 300 USD for course and 300 USD for voucher.
If you are working with partner company then it will be free.
