Best training material would be official ServiceNow Now learning platform. 

Get PDI and play around and gets real hands on experience.

If you want to practice you can check Udemy top authors with good rating and latest updated content to practice.

Always check for blue prints of certification before you prepare for certifications.

The best place is learning portal itself, if you are planning for CSA or CAD then first complete all courses under that career path and get some micro -certification.

The Best resource is ServiceNow university Courses itself- Read everything word by word and do all the labs carefully. Try to play and do the hands-on on PDI. This is sufficient but still if you want explore - Flashcards /Quizlets on Google. Although there is no guarantee that answers of these Quizlets will be 100% correct but you will get an idea what kind of questions will be there in the exam. For correct answers you need to do your own research [DYOR] through study Material/ Google etc. Do not depend on the dumps as those may be older. I hope this will help.

All mainline certifications are equally important and valuable. Each one has its own vision, purpose, and learning material.

The first point when preparing for a mainline certification is learning through official training or eBooks as a single source of truth.

Spend quality time in the training and complete the labs. Read the lab instructions word by word and then perform the tasks.

If an eBook or training material is available, read it thoroughly—repeat it multiple times if needed—and take detailed notes.

Avoid relying on dumps, as they can be confusing and may cause you to lose confidence.
