Hi everyone,
I’m preparing for ServiceNow certifications and looking for guidance on the best training resources and study tips.
Any recommendations for courses, learning paths, or exam prep strategies would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance! 😊

Hi and welcome 👋
A good place to start is Now Learning, as it’s the official and most up-to-date source for certification content. Follow the recommended learning path for the certification you’re targeting and make sure you complete the labs, not just the videos. Hands-on practice in a personal developer instance is key, as the exams test understanding of how the platform works, not just theory.
Focus on one certification at a time, use the exam blueprint to guide your study, and revise core concepts like tables, relationships, security, and best practices. Community blogs, YouTube walkthroughs, and practice quizzes can help reinforce learning, but always align them back to the official material. Consistency and real platform usage will make the biggest difference.

hi @paulsb754,
To take over view of each feature/module, start exploring some courses of Servicenow University and practice all exercises in your development instance:
https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home
If you find any difficulty in implementing anything, Product documentation is the best resource. Otherwise community is always here, just post your queries and questions!
I'd recommend start with learning ITSM module.
If you find my response helpful, mark it as helpful and accepted solution.
Regards,
Maham Tahir.
