You are welcome
This is a book they provide when you attend the admin training course.
If you want to know about one specific topic, you could either find the answer / info within the community (blogs, threads, discussions...) or servicenow wiki

Greetings,
I would also like to add that Martin Wood has written and updated Mastering ServiceNow. It is available from Amazon.
Amazon.com: Mastering ServiceNow - Second Edition eBook: Martin Wood: Kindle Store
Kind Regards,
Michelle

All,
I should also add that when you enroll in any virtual ServiceNow training course, you can optionally purchase a hardcopy of the participant guide.

My issue with this is that we PAY for the course, why can't we print sections of the manual we want to have handy. Why should we have to pay for a hard copy when we could print it ourselves?

Hi Claire,
Our eBooks conform to the industry standards for Kindle eBooks. The advantage of using this format is that you can see the eBook on all types of devices, highlight, print your notes, search, access a dictionary, and use links to go to the content you want to view. The disadvantage is that the content is not printable. I hope this helps explain our policy.
Kind regards,
Michelle
