Michelle,
It does not explain the policy at all. We pay for a course, we should be able to print out the document for future reference. Not everyone likes an e-book. Some of us like to make notes and underline and tag pages. Not being printable is a HUGE disservice and a disadvantage to your customers.

in addition... I am taking another course and the book is $75.00 and the MINIMUM shipping is $21.00. Are you kidding me! Ever hear of book rate?????

Hi Claire - we are looking into this. The first shipping example we pulled from our vendor in Toronto was FedEx Ground for $21.15 and UPS Standard was $9.01. Strangely, FedEx Overnight was $15.31. One of our coordinators will reach out to you to help rectify this.

Nowhere unfortunately. The "official books" are a bonus available only for attendees. The most similar is the Mastering ServiceNow (version 2), available here Mastering ServiceNow - Second Edition | PACKT Books .
