This is a book they provide when you attend the admin training course.

If you want to know about one specific topic, you could either find the answer / info within the community (blogs, threads, discussions...) or servicenow wiki

There is no "Bonus". If you want a physical book, you purchase it. Otherwise you are stuck with the ebook which us pretty useless.

So much money is spent on licensing and training and they can't be bothered to even give us a .pdf we can download ourselves!

I couldn't agree more Claire!!!

We've put about 8 staff members through various ServiceNow courses (myself included) & we all feel the same way. All of those staff members would love to be able to download a pdf (also a universal format) & print sections as required.

JohnL - you're not addressing the real problem which is the $75 cost for the book. Shipping fees add insult to injury.

I would only add .. that having taken the Service Now Admin class... the book.. is just a bunch of slides... very little information is provided... and all available in the wiki or docs pages... which you can create PDF booklets from... but I do agree that much of a cost for the book on top of the class is a bit crazy

I agree with Daniel. I took the admin course 3 weeks back - and the course material provided is basically print outs of the slides shown during training. The lab guides can be obtained from the wiki or docs sites
