It is possible to have this question closed... I understand people want this in PDF format but this gets rehashed each time and they aren't going to provide that book so it can be shared when they charge for the class... nothing in it.. isn't already in the WIKI or DOCS pages... the most valuable part of the class .. is the teacher.. not the book
