I am currently a self-learner of Business Process Analyst program from ServiceNow and I am not associated with any company as of now. What will be cost for me to get the Certification in my domain once I complete all the self-learning modules?

I assume your question is about the Business Process Analyst Career Journey?

If so, there is no certification option once you complete any of the three stages. You simply receive a badge at the end of each stage.

ServiceNow doesn't have any certifications specific to the Business Process Analyst role.

Having said that, as someone who has completed the BPA Career Journey training, I highly recommend it as the ideal way for someone with a BPA background to prepare themselves for a role in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Being mindful that many of the courses need to be paid for, pick and choose a selection that align with your interests andbudget.
