Simplified my question.

Why do they not tell the pass/fail percentage at the end of the exam or publish pass percentage please?

hmm!

Usually, the exam results are displayed, immediately after you submit the exam and complete the survey.   i do not understand, why you have to get a notification of the result via email.   good luck in your attempt again.

They do display results immediately after in the form of pass/fail, but they do not tell you what score you got. Nor do they publish the percent required to pass, as Muhammad mentioned.

Thanks for understanding the question and reply. For me to be honest this is really weird. I have not seen any exam in the past where they don't tell you score nor they publish the pass percentage. Is there any psychology behind this which I can't understand.

I believe they do this to make their certification more meaningful. If they told you what you need to study, then you could study to pass the test instead of to know the material. If you take the "Application Creation in ServiceNow" training that they provide, it really does teach to this exam. The book covers everything that they expect you do know.
