Simplified my question.
Why do they not tell the pass/fail percentage at the end of the exam or publish pass percentage please?

They do display results immediately after in the form of pass/fail, but they do not tell you what score you got. Nor do they publish the percent required to pass, as Muhammad mentioned.

I'm sorry, but I do not think that would be ethically acceptable. The training material is provided with official ServiceNow training.
