CAD Voucher "Code Is No Longer Valid" After Cancellation – How Can I Reschedule?

My CAD voucher email states that the voucher is valid until 2026-06-25.

I registered for the CAD exam and canceled the appointment on July 25, 2025 for a July 31, 2025 exam date, which was more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment and within the cancellation policy. I received a cancellation confirmation email.

When I now try to register again before the voucher expiration date, Webassessor displays:

"Code is no longer valid."

I reviewed the cancellation policy and could not find any policy stating that a voucher becomes invalid after a cancellation completed within the allowed cancellation window. The ServiceNow Help Center guidance also indicates that there is no separate expiration period triggered by cancellation and that the original voucher expiration date applies.

Could someone please clarify:

  1. Should the voucher/exam credit still be valid until its original expiration date?

  2. If so, how can I reschedule or rebook a previously canceled CAD exam when the voucher code is no longer accepted?

Hi @brayalac 

 

As per the latest update (November 2025), the new exam vendor no longer has the concept of vouchers. You can book the exam directly by paying the required amount.

In your case, it would be best to log a case with the Learning Center Help Center, and their team can assist you further.

I understand the migration to Pearson VUE and have already raised a Help Center case regarding my CAD exam credit.

My concern is that the voucher email states that it is valid until 2026-06-25, which is tomorrow. Since I have reported the issue and opened a support case before the stated expiration date, will my eligibility or exam credit still be reviewed even if the case is not resolved before the voucher expiration date?

I would appreciate any guidance on this.

So you have received the voucher from AICTE. In that case,, the only option available is with the New Learning Support.

There no voucher concept anymore.

As of late 2025, ServiceNow has replaced the Webassessor platform with  Pearson Vue and removed the traditional voucher system, rendering old or unused vouchers invalid.

 

Exam registration is now handled directly through Now Learning/Servicenow University, where you have to pay $300 + taxes, with exam eligibility valid for 90 days after completing training.
