CAD Voucher "Code Is No Longer Valid" After Cancellation – How Can I Reschedule?

My CAD voucher email states that the voucher is valid until 2026-06-25.
I registered for the CAD exam and canceled the appointment on July 25, 2025 for a July 31, 2025 exam date, which was more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment and within the cancellation policy. I received a cancellation confirmation email.
When I now try to register again before the voucher expiration date, Webassessor displays:
"Code is no longer valid."
I reviewed the cancellation policy and could not find any policy stating that a voucher becomes invalid after a cancellation completed within the allowed cancellation window. The ServiceNow Help Center guidance also indicates that there is no separate expiration period triggered by cancellation and that the original voucher expiration date applies.
Could someone please clarify:
Should the voucher/exam credit still be valid until its original expiration date?
If so, how can I reschedule or rebook a previously canceled CAD exam when the voucher code is no longer accepted?

Thank you for your response.
I understand that ServiceNow has migrated from Webassessor to Pearson VUE.
However, I recently successfully registered and scheduled a CSA exam using a ServiceNow-issued voucher workflow in April 2026.
My CAD voucher was issued through the AICTE-ServiceNow program and was successfully claimed. I used it to schedule a CAD exam and later canceled the appointment more than 72 hours before the exam date.
The voucher email states that it is valid until 2026-06-25, and the Help Center guidance indicates that cancellation does not create a separate expiration period.
Could you please help me understand what happened to the CAD exam credit after the cancellation and how I can rebook or reschedule the CAD exam if the original voucher code is no longer accepted?

So you have received the voucher from AICTE. In that case,, the only option available is with the New Learning Support.

Raise a case with Now learning Support in Servicenow University and Pearson separately and ask to provide Cancellation reason.

Please raise a support case, they wil be able to issue a new voucher if your case is valid.
