Hi,
I have completed my Certified Application Development course and my voucher expired after a year. So, I have retook the course and got the new voucher, but when I try to claim it, it says expired. Appreciate help on this!
As the UI has changed from Nowlearning to ServiceNow University, when I try to raise a case, I just see the Knowledge article related to it but no proper link to raise a ticket.
Thanks

Olá @Anthara S,
please reach out to ServiceNow team, explain them your situation and they might help you. If not them, then nobody else would...
Navigate to here:

Hi @PrasannaSamuel,
please refer to my thread to find helpful links:
[ServiceNow University] - Vouchers eligibility, Free Trainings, Paid Exams and Payments | FAQs
but in general, to claim CAD voucher:
- Complete the FREE training,
- Upon completion you will become eligible for that voucher (Eligible doesn't mean free),
- Voucher is valid for one year and it's assigned with your profile, cannot be used by anybody else,
- Then you can claim it here:
- the voucher shall be also delivered to your mailbox,
- https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard
- while claiming you will be asked to pay for the voucher 300 USD + taxes
